Our tattoo prices vary depending on the artist, design, size, and placement. We strongly recommend contacting our artists directly for a quote.
At Love & Ink Nottingham we carry a wide range of high-quality body jewellery. This includes implant grade (ASTM F-136) titanium, solid 14k/18k gold, and lead-free borosilicate glass, all of which are suitable for fresh and healed piercings. The brands we stock include but are not limited to: BVLA, Buddha, Juniper, Local Natives, Anatometal, Industrial Strength, Gorilla Glass, and Neometal.
We do not stock or recommend sterling silver, gold-plated or gold-filled, or acrylic jewellery.
We do not pierce with any jewellery not purchased at Love & Ink. This is for your safety and in compliance with our insurance policies.

At Love & Ink we sell various sizes of sterile saline solution spray (wound wash). While this is our recommended method of aftercare, it is not mandatory that you purchase it from us. We do not recommend using homemade salt water or antiseptic products (for example, TCP or hydrogen peroxide)
We do not use, nor are we licensed to use, any kind of anaesthetic for our piercing procedures. This includes topical numbing cream and 'freezing spray'. We will not pierce you if you arrive to your appointment with anaesthetic applied.
For tattoos, we ask that you contact your artist before the use of any anaesthetics.
Yes, we do! We perform ear lobe piercings from the age of 8 years old. We require ID for both the child and the parent/legal guardian. In the case of legal guardians, proof of guardianship will be required.
We will not pierce or tattoo you if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs - under any circumstances.
We recommend at the very least eating a small meal before your tattoo or piercing, and getting a good night's sleep always helps! You may want to bring a sugary snack or drink with you if you are prone to dizziness or fainting. You may also choose to avoid excessive caffeine intake beforehand.
